Introducing the Phase III Package
All information in the FITMAN Phase III Package is publicly available, but you need to register to access the consultation documents included in the package. You can register using the link at the top right of the FITMAN webpage, and detailed instructions for registering are in the Guide to the Package. Please note: the FITMAN consortium is keen to understand the accessibility and quality of the information that we provide. To that end, if you register you will receive an email from us with a link to an optional short survey on this topic.
The FITMAN project will run one or more webinars at the end of May 2015 to support those using our methodologies and specific enablers as well as those preparing to bid to an accelerator's open call. Let us know what you want to hear about by visiting the webinar page.
The FITMAN Catalogue provides all the information, documentation and tools you need as a developer to start using FITMAN Specific Enablers and Platforms.
Please register to read the full versions of our documents. We also present here summary information for Phase III Bidders, which is split into the following sections:
- FITMAN Architecture
- FITMAN Trials
- Terms and Conditions of the FITMAN Specific Enablers and Platforms
- Checklists and External Resources
- Lessons Learned and Roadmapping
- Consultation documents for Phase III participants (registration required)
Finally, it is possible to search the FITMAN website (including the Phase III Package).
The Future Internet Public-Private Partnership (the FI-PPP) aims to advance a shared vision for harmonised European-scale technology platforms and their implementation, as well as the integration and harmonisation of the relevant policy, legal, political and regulatory frameworks. As set forth in the Digital Agenda for Europe, these are considered to be prerequisites for realizing a European online Digital Single Market (DSM) and, more broadly, an inclusive knowledge society. Phase III of the FI-PPP is the third and final part of the programme, which aims at expansion of use case projects and extension and usage of the Technology Foundation. Please note that Phase III of the FI-PPP is unrelated to the FITMAN Open Call: details of the latter can be found at fitman-fi.eu/open-call-1.
